Tropical Ginger Punch

Ingredients
3 cups orange juice
3 cups pineapple juice
1 Tbsp finely grated peeled fresh ginger
2 cups vodka (optional)
4 cups chilled ginger ale or club soda
orange wedges, for garnish (optional

Directions
In a large pitcher stir together OJ, pineapple juice, ginger and vodka (if using) Refrigerate until cold, at least one hour. (and up to one week) Just before serving stir in ginger ale. Serve over ice.
